Welcome to the Ri & Billy Story Section. The story is about two young kids, Ri and Billy who are from the Seafoam Islands. Billy's parents never let him have or even get close to a pokémon, but when he and Ri find themselves out in the real world, he begins to learn much more about them. The series is played out as an adventure for Ri and Billy with a subtle love theme played into it. Please enjoy.
