A New Evil
On a far away dark island. “Emperor Mewtine has been defeated.”
“A shame, is it not. He actually could have destroyed this world.”
“That would have ruined our plan.”
“This is true. The best part must be, I am once again ruler of the timeframe.”
“And what about the Pikachu?”
“Icy is no longer a problem.”
“He wasn’t killed in that blast my grace.”
“It matters not. If it would please you, I can have our new friend destroy him totally.”
“That would be better”
“Mewtwo, I have an assignment for you.”
“Yes Dark Lord.”
“Kill that insolent Pikachu and his little girlfriend. Do not bring them back. I don’t want any suspicion. Most people think he’s already dead.”
“I will not fail you Dark Lord.” Mewtwo teleported away to complete his dark deed.
“There Janus. Are you happy now?”
“No. I would have wanted to finish the pathetic creature off myself.”
“You have a more important goal to plan for. Concentrate on our first mission.”
“Yes my grace.”

This is a story about a world much like our own. Except on this world, instead of animals roaming around, there are creatures known as pokémon. Pokémon are wondrous creatures that possess incredible abilities. They are chiefly used for battles, but to others, they are pets. The rest of the world is quite similar to ours. People live regular lives in cities, and young children attend school. The biggest difference is, once a child reaches the age of ten, they usually embark on a Pokémon Journey. This means they travel throughout the world battling gym leaders for badges. After collecting enough badges, they can enter the Pokémon League games. Trainers who win the games go on to become Master Trainers and gain the highest respects.
But our story continues to focus on the adventurous life of one such trainer. His name is Icy. He was a trainer from Saffron City, a psychic. His life had been filled with adventure. Since the beginning of his journey, he had fought against Team Rocket. On many occasions, he had gone face to face against the most powerful pokémon, Mewtwo. He had been transformed into a Pikachu by a Team Rocket agent. But not even this stopped him from becoming a Pokémon Master. Over Icy’s life, he even managed to meet a long lost friend who had faced the same fate he had by Team Rocket. Her name was Sara, a little girl from Saffron City with a big heart.
In the last saga of our story, Icy, Sara, and his friends ventured around the entire world, from the bottom of the sea, to the top of Mt. Moon, to the mysterious Gi Desert. They were searching for the most legendary pokémon in their time, the frozen Caterpie, Frosterpie. Their search was not an easy one, and it would end in disaster, as the evil Mew Emperor, Mewtine, would attempt to destroy their entire world. Fortunately, Icy, Sara, and Frosterpie stopped the Inversion Cannon from erasing the entire world, but at the cost of their lives, or so it seemed. Our story now continues, but what new adventures are awaiting our hero? Will he be able to defeat the deadly plot of Mewtwo and the Dark Lord? So begins Season 5: Icy’s Quest.
